Shipping policy

Orders are usually despatch same day or next day. Couriers may vary but delivery typically takes place between 1 and 3 working days from despatch. Where a mobile number is supplied, couriers will update by text. 

As standard we use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, which can be upgraded to 24hr Tracked using the drop-down menu at checkout.

Delivery to remote areas or during unusually busy times may take longer. We advise allowing up to 5 business days for delivery.

Orders are packed with great care to minimie breakages. However, once despatched we cannot guarantee how the packages will be handled. In the event of breakages we will do our best to replace items promptly.
