Collection: Noodles

For stir-frying pick one of our Chow Mein noodles (Note: NOT GLUTEN FREE). Thick or thin, they're easy to prepare and take next to no time to cook. In fact, all you need to do is soak in boiling water, rinse briefly in cold water and serve with your stir-fried ingredients.

For Thai and Vietnamese recipes we'd recommend rice noodles (also known as rice vermicelli and rice sticks). Just soak in tepid water and drain, then add to your stir fried ingredients in the pan or serve in a soup.
