Penang curry emphasises the citrusy fragrance from lime leaves and delivers a chilli heat that sits just below our Thai Red Curry. If you love Penang curry bit prefer it milder you can simply add a little extra coconut milk when cooking.

Although often cooked with beef, it's a flavour that works well with pork and poultry too.
