We love fresh-tasting flavours and Yau's Rhubarb and Ginger Dip adds a fresh hit to your flavours! It's made with fresh rhubarb and fresh ginger. No powders or flavourings. So it's only around during rhubarb season, typically from January to May.

It's great for dipping all sorts of things, from spring rolls to dumplings, bhajis to samosas, practically anything you can think of that you'd normally serve with flavours like sweet chilli or even ketchup.

However, it goes beyond simple dipping. Pair it with fruity flavours in a summer salad or gently stir-fry like a sweet and sour sauce - you get the idea!

The dominant flavour is of ginger, with heavy notes of rhubarb as you'd expect yet it's not too sugary so tatstes more refreshing - beautifully balanced.
